About Alphonso Edwards II

Alphonso Edwards II

Simple visual expressions through my perspective is who I am or what my art is about. My artwork is my peace of mind... for my artistic goal is centered on the journey that I take to get to my destination while enjoying and learning from the process. I am an Illustrator by nature but an Abstractionist by heart. The human figure in its entirety provides a canvas for expressing my thoughts by combining abstract concepts with reality. My culture in which I am a part of is my theme. Pencil, marker, pastel, chalk, crayons, watercolor, Acrylic and pen and ink are my tools.
